An ode to the great wines of early California that helped put the New World on the map, our inaugural Knight’s Valley Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Bellissimo Vineyard nestled in a small valley in the shadow of Mount St. Helena in Northern Sonoma County.  This wine, which represents Le Carenage’s only bottling from Sonoma County, highlights an elegant, balanced style of Cabernet, expressing bright red and blue fruits, a backbone of fine acidity, and is a great pairing for a summer barbecue and meat fresh off the grill.
