Our first Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapes hailing primarily from the Whiskey River vineyard in the esteemed Napa Valley, with just a smidge of Semillon thrown in the blend to add a bit of weight and texture to this delicious and crisp white wine. Made as an ode to the great wines of Sancerre, this wine checks in at 12.1% ABV, and is great to sip on its own, but serious enough to drink with some freshly shucked oysters, or a beautifully crafted charcuterie platter.
